Priority Labs offers a variety of deprocessing and delayering techniques. Priority Labs has encountered and developed deprocessing techniques for a variety of samples and device types. Dry-etching using a Reactive Ion Etcher (RIE), mechanical polishing using a variety of slurries, diamond films and chemical-mechanical polishing solutions, and a full complement of chemicals and acids for etching are several of the methods that Priority Labs employs to perform the deprocessing request. Priority Labs is experienced in deprocessing Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI), Silicon Germanium (SiGe), Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), and many others. Priority Labs has custom developed innovative deprocessing techniques for our customers’ applications and devices.
